Shipping Guide
You can place an order online 24 hours a day, and send emails to us about your questions. We will be very gald to show you any information you require about our products during normal office time.
What will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.
Shipping Information:
1. Your order is usually dispatched within 12-48 hours after your payment is received. We will deliver your order by Parcel Force - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking). And it normally will arrive within 3~5 business days;
2. The tracking No. of your package will be sent to you after your order is dispatched. You may use the tracking number to check the status of your order online;
3. Our shipping fee is $8.99 per order (will be converted to other currency based on your choice), no matter how many items you purchase in your order. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.
4. We cannot deliver your order to a P.O. Box address, so be sure to give us a street address.
Tracking Your Order
We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. We do not exclude the possibility that our products may run out of stock in our local warehouse. In this case, we reserve the right to ship the products from Hong Kong without any additional fees.
